Old Glory The Smithsonian Institution has scheduled the reopening of the National Museum of American History for November 21st. The museum underwent a 2-year $85 million renovation. Visitors to the reopening will get a new change to see the nearly two century old Star Spangled Banner as well as a rare glimpse at the White House copy of President Abraham Lincoln's "Gettysburg Address".
